Hazard of wastewater: Textile wastewater is the wastewater produced by textile and dyeing enterprises. Since the raw materials to be processed, product variety, the processing method and mode are different, the composition and property of the wastewater also vary significantly, this type of wastewater is characterized by high organic matter, deep chromaticity, complicated composition, high content of harmful substances, and serious damage to water body. Therefore, the textile wastewater poses a great safety hazard to human existence.

Process illustration: 

Wastewater is delivered through pipelines first to the collection tank. Then in the coagulation tank,   alkaline will be dosed to control PH at 7-9, and then PAM for flocculation reaction. After that the wastewater goes to the precipitation tank and the anaerobic tank, and the wastewater’s biodegradability is improved. The waste water flows to contact oxidization tank/MBR tank, the MBR treated water goes to the buffer tank and then by means of RO membrane, the water is recycled for production line. The concentrated water is collected in the concentrated water tank and then to the middle water tank, the sludge precipitated is discharged into the sludge thickening tank regularly. The percolate from the filter press flows back to the conditioning tank, and goes into the system for treatment. The dehydrated mud cake is outsourced on a regular basis.
